Make The Most Of Your Marketing!
Each property will be receiving the following items:
- Resident Portal Magnets – Although you will receive these along with the items listed above, set them aside to have ready for residents in a couple weeks. It will show them the link to visit to access their portal to pay rent electronically, as well as other services.
- Marketing Flyer – Give these flyer to prospects so they have something to take with them that shows the amenities and floor plan options.
- Out Showing Clock – Hang in the leasing office entrance in the event that the office is unstaffed while giving a property tour to a prospective resident. It’s two sided, so flip it over to the “Welcome” message when the office is occupied.
- Business Cards – Each property will be sent blank business cards on which your name and email address can be written. Custom business cards as soon as your Benson web store is set up. Each property manager will be receiving a login from Benson very soon.
- Property Branded Stickers – Each property will receive property branded stickers with community URL.
- Branded Door Mats – Each property will receive two 2×3 and one 4×6 branded door mats. Please remove and discard any door mats that advertise previous management.
- Fair Housing Poster, Mission Statement Sign & Rental Qualification Guidelines – Please display these items in the leasing office within reasonable view of residents and perspective residents.
- Resident Welcome Letter – These flyers are to be handed out to current residents announcing the management changeover to Harbor Group. They will help answer many questions that residents may have about about the change, and let them know what to expect in the coming weeks. Please be sure each apartment gets one before, but no later than day one of takeover.
